Who it's for
The platform is built for people who can be sponsored under the UK Skilled Worker route: eligible skilled roles at RQF level 6 or above, meeting the salary thresholds, from a licensed sponsor, across every sector. Here is who it is built for, and a factual note on one route that has closed to new overseas recruitment.
Overseas skilled workers across every sector
People in eligible skilled roles at RQF level 6 or above, who meet the salary thresholds and have an offer from a licensed sponsor. That spans IT and software, engineering, construction, finance, education, science, hospitality, healthcare and more. You browse verified listings and apply directly to employers yourself.
Workers already in the UK who need to switch sponsors
People already in the UK on a work route who need to switch sponsors or extend their stay in an eligible Skilled Worker role, subject to the rules in force at the time.
Who we cannot currently help: new overseas care workers
New overseas recruitment of care workers and senior care workers, occupation codes SOC 6135 and 6136, closed on 22 July 2025. This means we cannot help you come to the UK from abroad as a new care worker under those codes. If you are already in the UK in the care sector, in country switching may still apply to you, so see our guidance on the route closure and in country switching.
What we are, and what we are not
We are an information and job listings service. We aggregate Skilled Worker roles from employers that hold a UK sponsor licence, and we provide general guidance and scam protection. You browse, you decide, and you apply directly to employers yourself.
We are not a recruitment agency. We do not pitch, introduce, represent, submit, forward, shortlist, match or place candidates. We are not an immigration adviser, and our guidance is general information rather than advice on your case. Sponsorship for any specific role is at the employer's discretion, and we never guarantee a job or a visa.
